• Account information you provide: email address, display name, and (optionally) profile details, ministry affiliations, and time zone.
• Content you create: prayer requests, testimonies, notes, journal entries, bookmarks, form submissions, and messages you send.
• Usage information: pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, and coarse location derived from your IP address, collected to keep the Service reliable and to understand what is helpful.
• Communication preferences: your choices about push notifications, email, and topic subscriptions.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service.
• Deliver teachings, devotionals, prayer support, event reminders, and other communications you have opted into.
• Respond to prayer requests, care cases, and support inquiries.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train third-party advertising models.

We share information only with:

• Service providers that host our database, send our email and push notifications, and process payments for giving. These providers are contractually limited to using data on our behalf.
• Ministry leadership and prayer team where you submit content that is designed for their review (for example prayer requests, testimonies, volunteer applications, and care cases).
• Other members when you post publicly (for example a public prayer request or a shared testimony).
• Law enforcement or authorities when required by law or to protect life and safety.

• Update or delete your profile from the Profile screen.
• Manage notification preferences from Settings - Notifications.
• Request export or deletion of your account by emailing hello@warpathministries.org. We will respond within a reasonable time and confirm when your data has been removed, subject to records we are required to retain.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and follow role-based access controls so that only authorized people can view sensitive data. We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, when appropriate, notify you inside the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
