Terms of Service

The Service provides discipleship content, teachings, prayer support, events, community features, and related tools. Some content is free. Some content or gatherings may require an account, an invitation, or a donation to access.

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You keep ownership of the prayer requests, testimonies, notes, comments, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content on public surfaces of the Service (such as the public prayer wall or published testimonies), you grant Warpath Ministries a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate that content within the Service and in related ministry communications. You may remove Your Content at any time; copies may remain in backups for a limited period.

You agree not to post:

• Content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
• Content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property.
• Sexually explicit material, or content that exploits minors.
• Threats of violence, self-harm depictions presented as instruction, or content that promotes dangerous behavior.
• Spam, scams, or attempts to impersonate Warpath Ministries or another person.

We may moderate, hide, edit for length, or remove content that violates these Terms or that our leadership judges harmful to the community.

The Service is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or emergency services. If you or someone you love is in immediate danger, please call your local emergency number or, in the United States, dial 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Donations processed through the Service are handled by a third-party payment processor. All gifts are voluntary. Refund requests should be emailed to hello@warpathministries.org within 30 days.

All content produced by Warpath Ministries, including teachings, books, devotionals, artwork, logos, and program materials, is protected by copyright. You may share individual pieces for personal, non-commercial edification with attribution. You may not resell, mirror, or redistribute the Service or its content without written permission.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or when required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will do so.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warpath Ministries and its leadership, staff, volunteers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, when appropriate, announced inside the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
