Common questions

• I can't sign in.

  Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen. If the email doesn't arrive, check spam, then confirm you signed up with that address. Still stuck? Email support and we'll look it up.

• How do I reset my password?

  From the sign-in screen tap Forgot password, enter your email, and follow the link we send you. The link expires after one hour for your safety.

• I'm not getting notifications.

  Open Settings - Notifications and confirm push and email are on. On iOS and Android also check that notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings.

• Something is broken or looks off.

  Email support with a screenshot and the page you were on. We take bug reports from members seriously and it helps us fix the right thing quickly.

• How do I delete my account?

  Email support from the address on your account and ask for account deletion. We'll confirm when your data has been removed, subject to records we're required to retain.
